Create a 404 page

Create a default 404 page that has a link to redirect to /

Also, ignore invalid GET args, like http://animeshorts.pythonanywhere.com/?blort=Recommendation

add CLI to add items to list sources

cookie navbar alignment

The navbar on the cookie policy page is misaligned when compared to the list or people page.

Cause is currently unknown.

Add AniList

AniList could be added with little effort due to them having an API to relate MAL id's.

Steps:

1. Use the AniList API (example above) to add AniList IDs to list_sources.yaml. This can also be done manually, but that seems tiresome.

2. Get an image to use for AniList buttons (probably a logo)

3. Relevant code to generate the HTML buttons for AniList should be added here.

4. Decide how to proceed with leaving space "so that streaming links line up"; if there are two databases, that may push the streaming links even further. Should i) spacing be removed? ii) if an entry has no databases, leave a space, iii) something else?
