I tried to patch the scripts but couldn't get the flashloader.ps1 to work fully, but long story short the scripts dont support spaces in the filepaths. Mostly fixed with "" around PSScriptRoot and in some places when invoking needing to use &.

Would be nice to have support for spaces in folder

Tried on 2 devices, have a third but don't want to try it. It's bricked the last two.

Steps 1 to all work, I have all 3 backup files.

Run step 5, it never works no matter how many power cycles or what I do.

For PowerShell the check should be py --version otherwise python -v just opens the python engine and never ends so the script never finishes
