Error message when no sources are set up

If no data sources are set up, it would help to have an error message that tells the user that. At the moment the error given back is

{"error":"['Traceback (most recent call last):\\n', '  File \"flaskr.py\", line 85, in sparql\\n    output = queues[0]\\n', 'IndexError: list index out of range\\n']","result":[]}

Fresh docker container stops with missing '/DeTrusty/Config/datasource_description.txt'

Building the docker container from source (docker build . -t sdmtib/detrusty:mockup) and running it results in the following error:

$ docker logs DeTrusty
