The link "Download bootstrap" [1], at download page [2] is not working (404 not found)

When I use this theme the wysiwyg doesnt format properly, the white background and margins dissapear, the white area is just at the very bottom of the field.

I tried deactivating all plugins but it didnt fix it, then I tried using twenty frounteen and that solved the problem.

How can I install it using bower?

It doesn't work:

bower install bootstrap-flat
bower install bootstrap-flat-sass

Note an issue, but more of an inquiry. Wasn't sure where to ask...
Any chance this project will be getting updated for Bootstrap 4.0? I really like the nav-tabs and want to keep them in my app.

Both packages look outdated. Any plans to maintain them?
If you do I have a wish:
Use the Bootstrap.Flat package to distribute the Compiled and minified CSS, JavaScript, and fonts.
Use the Twitter.Bootstrap.Flat package to distribute the source files and use Twitter.Bootstrap.Less as a dependency for developers that use less.

add package.js to make the project npm compatible
