rforcats's Issues

Another small item... Quotes.

Single or double quotes?

They are both used throughout. Might be a source of confusion for many cats.

Any opinions on one way or the other?

I can make the changes and submit a PR, but want to do it the right way!

Cat Names Wikipedia Page

Hi,

It looks like the Wikipedia page has been updated. There is no longer a table under Cultural references to the naming of cats. When I did the tutorial I just substituted the table for Australian cat names, but I could see how this could be confusing to other users.

Anyway, thanks for a great tutorial! It really helped me out.

Thanks,

Chloe

Language about dogs is exclusionary

How are dogs supposed to become part of the R community when they are bombarded with language like

## [1] "dalmations are dumb" "retrievers are dumb" "poodles are dumb"

?

Install and opening R for the first time instructions?

The first instructions are to open R, but many cats (and novice users) might have an even more basic question...

> How do I get R and how do I open it?

Any interest in adding some more basic instructions on this? Are they in there already and I just missed it?
