Neuropsydia is a python-based neuropsychological tool dedicated to cognitive assessment.

Main Features

Current "stable" version : v 0.5

• 5 almost complete tests (theorethical design, data saving).
• Basic statistics and result plotting.
• Automatic creation of a basic summary docx file.

• Expanding the Launcher abilities to display tests and create the possibility to switch pages.
• Start fixing the stimuli list and creating alternative lists.

How to run it using WINPYTHON ?

Install WinPython and the stuff needed :

1. Download the Pygame 1.9.1 (http://www.pygame.org/download.shtml) source file (pygame-1.9.1release.zip) and place it on your desktop, leave it there and go to the next step.

2. Download the Python-docx 0.8.5 package (https://pypi.python.org/pypi/python-docx) and place it on your desktop, leave it there and go to the next step.

3. Download WinPython 2.7.6 (http://winpython.sourceforge.net) and install it (USB keys can be a good location...).

4. In the folder where WinPython is installed, you will find the "WinPython Control Panel.exe". Execute it. Click on "add packages". Add the Pygame and the docx package which are on your desktop. Install them.

5. Tadaa. you have successfuly installed all the needed things.

Execute Neuropsydia :

1. Download the Neuropsydia folder from this github and place it whenever you want (USB keys can be a good location...).

2. Go to the Neuropsydia folder. Right-click on Launcher.py, click on "Open With" and then go to your folder where WinPython is installed. Double click on "WinPython Interpreter.exe".

3. Tadaa. WinPython and Neuropsydia are now associated !
