Open Source License

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I am interested in cloning this repository and potentially making modifications, and don't feel comfortable doing so with unclear/nonexistent project licensing. If that is not allowed that is also fine, but the "Clone This Project" button on the site suggests to me that this is an oversight.

I would like this repository licensed under the MIT License or CC0 (or anything similar you feel is appropriate).

Also, ideally you would not use a Creative Commons license like the design-system repo has, which I think is a questionable choice.

Location-Aware Messaging and Functionality

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When users operate a relay, if they're doing so from censored or hostile locations, those connections risk being monitored, and data that otherwise would not flow through a monitored network now does.

Describe the solution you'd like

• A way to detect the location of the user, and if they're in places like Iran, Russia, China, etc., disable the toggle to enable the Snowflake proxy.
• Conditional messaging. If in a location stated above, inform the user what they should do.
  • If they need to access the internet using a Snowflake proxy, download Tor Browser from torproject.org, go to settings...

Blocking IPs from countries transparently.

Having a tab always open is a bit of a headache.
