GvL proposed the following modifications, which I have not included yet:

(i) The price level P_t (sometimes) erroneously appears in the numerator of the Lagrangian multiplier lambda_t. Currently, C_t(h) = (P_t*C_t)/Pop_t in the trainings slides, code and model description (pdf). This should be C_t(h) = C_t/Pop_t.

(ii) In order to make the distinction between household and firm taxation more apparent, include another subscript. For example use tau^{K,h} instead of tau^K and tau^{K,f}{r,k,t} instead of tau^{K}{r,k,t}.
