decouple Erlang application from Axolotl identity

Current setup makes writing tests hard. Single BEAM node can run only one application instance. When application instance can manage one identity only, checking if two identities can connect and exchange messages requires running multiple BEAM nodes.

Although CT (Common Test) has slave functionality, it is hard to use.
