To make the module more reliable, we should set validation condition on input variables:

• Ensure instance_type is correct (would require to maintain the list of available types)
• domain and subdomain respect RFC regarding DNS.
• project_id is an UUIDs.

When project ID and/or region are not defined, resources are creating using the project and region of the provider.

In order to simplify multi-region projects, we should allow to set them at the module level. It would avoid users to create several providers to achieve the same result.
