在其他支持openai的插件上使用时，出现resource not found。我在插件中只填写了azure的密钥和endpoint，但是出现了这个问题，是需要添加其他的配置请求吗？
官方的api会每个字都尽量回消息到前端，而不是一个段落回一次。是azure的问题还是程序转发的问题，我还没有打印日志，希望能弄清楚问题原因。
Since the api-version can be change in the deployment or upgrade of Azure OpenAI service itself, so its better to decuple this information just like the model and resource part.
