Add plot parameters in config file

To do

One of the discussed points in one of our meetings was about the possibility to change the plotting style of the results (Ex: add parameter to just plot graphs from previous results).

Some points that might be interesting adding:

• Just plot graphs and do not calculate any data;
• List which graphs the user wants to plot on this run;
• Change plot axis ranges to improve visualization (in some cases when population has many individuals, the original plot compress the data, worsening visualization);
• Change plots colors and axis names.

Write better README

To add

• Info about general idea of SaSii.
• Insert a table with most common csv separators ASCII values
• Insert config file example
• Insert csv file type 1 and 2 examples
