SaSii is a R script for estimating genetic parameters from genotypic data for inferring sample size effects on genetic analysis. Applications of this package include planning the number of samples necessary to obtain robust population genetic estimates and evaluating if obtained sample size is large enough.
One of the discussed points in one of our meetings was about the possibility to change the plotting style of the results (Ex: add parameter to just plot graphs from previous results).
Some points that might be interesting adding:
Just plot graphs and do not calculate any data;
List which graphs the user wants to plot on this run;
Change plot axis ranges to improve visualization (in some cases when population has many individuals, the original plot compress the data, worsening visualization);
