It would be nice if the Collage demo were available as a Debian package.

Currently, authentication tokens used with the Flickr uploader can be invalidated if the user logs out and logs in again. We need to make sure that photos can still be uploaded in this case.
Perhaps the asynchronous upload API will help.

Make a simple Collage application for distributing Tor bridge nodes.

Make these easily configurable, for testing

There should be an easy way to install Collage on Mac OS X.

The Flickr donation client should e-mail users when their photos have been uploaded.

This will likely be implemented with an optional field on the upload form for entering an e-mail address.

Make sure we can restart the proxy server without losing any state.

Add support for simple photo uploads, for users who don't have Flash.
(At very least, show a message if photo uploads won't work.)

Currently, Collage is entirely sequential. We will have an 8 core server to work with, so we should parallelize Collage to take advantage of that.

Currently it is very hard to diagnose problems with the Collage demo application (the proxy client). The application should write diagnostic messages to a log file that can be used to see what happened on a given run.

Prevent proxy from uploading centralized photos more than oncea day.

Make sure photo donated by users are used for the proxy.

Currently, if users are already logged into Flickr then they are automatically
logged into the donation system without notification. Also, we don't say anywhere
which Flickr account they are using, particularly in the case of failure to log in when using a non-Pro account.
