Identity columns seem to be working. Added options to both CREATE TABLE and ALTER TABLE.
So that old AUTOINCREMENT columns in existing tables for continue to backwards compatible, the first INSERT that auto generated an autoincrement value, the columns will get "upgraded" to using defaults to match mySQL behavior.
Haven't gotten to sequences yet. May be the next thing I work on.

Sequences are done. CREATE, ALTER, and DROP SEQUENCE supported. SQL functons currval and nextval added for querying them.
