hello, i was trying to use the change_color_rgb in clion using GCC on windows os, but surprisingly, instead of getting colorful output i got

ps: it was surprising because it used to work with my OS perfectly.
ps2: i used the windows cmd and it still didn't work,
i would be appriciated if you could solve it, thank you.

if NO_COLOR environment variable is set to any value, no color should be printed to output. based of this
