Thanks for your interest in fuc! As you mentioned, the problem is very likely caused by dependency conflict (probably due to version conflicts between pyranges and natsort according to the error traceback).
Can you please try again with a fresh conda environment? Also, it's unclear which version of fuc you are using, but please make sure to use the latest version whenever possible (0.30.0 is the latest version).
$ conda create -n fuc -c bioconda fuc=0.30.0
Please let me know if this doesn't solve the issue.
