Cast is a platform designed for conducting elections. Only pre-approved addresses can participate as candidates, and they must also possess MLOOT NFTs before they are eligible to run for candidacy. Users can then cast their vote for the candidate of their preference. This project leverages Minimal Proxy to replicate the Cast contract
