If there is a need to update auto increment on a specific table, then it should be possible with a command.

Also, user might not always want an auto update. If so, the package should do nothing.

Add tests to confirm functionality.

When the migrations end, the package can check if a particular table needs any actions based on properties defined in the owner model.

This will allow much nicer control and will become explicit instead of the magic that it's right now.
