Ugly artifacts of shadow

I have implemented a logic to calculate frustum vertices and build a light matrix with it.
But due to the lack of my knowlege on mathematics, I think the implementaion has some flaws.

Shadow clipping out to early

When the camera angle is close to direct bottom direction, the shadow disappears.
I examined it with RenderDoc and found out that meshes are clipped out of -z area to early.
I think I've made a wrong frustum calulation codes.

Weird linear boundary

The boundary always shows up, and it moves along the camera.
Ignore the spikes, they are just due to low precision depth map.
I have no idea what causes this issue.
