USC CS567 - Machine Learning course project. Competition Details: https://www.kaggle.com/c/how-much-did-it-rain-ii

• The goal was to predict the hourly rain gauge measurement for given polarimetric radar readings.

• We developed a pipeline for data cleaning, data visualization, feature selection, hyper-parameter tuning of individual learning models.

• Designed and implemented ensemble learning model comprising of tuned Gradient Boosting , SVM, extra tree regressors as its components for final predictions.

Re format the output of linear regression

The prediction by linear regression is not in kaggle accepted format. Need to add column of index, and provide column headers.

scipy installation issues

Have you guys installed scipy?
There is a weird error "numpy.distutils.system_info.NotFoundError: no lapack/blas resources found". I got a solution on stackoverflow but that involves a lot of work. Let me know if you succeeded in installing it.
