Your opinion on HLED?

Hey,

what is your opinion on HLED so far?
I tried your version (pipeline.py) because I wasn't able to get the original one to work.
The results on your test images are quite good for most of them. But when I tested on some of my spliced images, HLED failed completely.
Did you do anymore tests with HLED? What is your opinion so far? The paper seemed promising, but maybe it works just with easy examples.
