It would be great to store (high) scores.

This requires more clarity on:

• How to log these?
• Do users need an account?
• If yes, should the account be linked to email addresses?
• If yes, what would be incentives to create an account? -> more configuration, see #6
• ...

This would also enable reporting, reminders, etc.

I'm pretty unsure about the length of the rest intervals. It may be useful to have a specific configuration screen to adapt them to your personal needs.

You could possibly also adjust the target maxReps, which would also make it more usable for other exercises like pullups.

In every context so far, there's just one button to press. For simplicity, it would be great to accept Space or Enter to hit these.

for nicer looks of bookmarks and tabs

The app has reached decent maturity in that it looks slick and works well. In order to share it and skip the local elm reactor commands, it would be good to deploy to Heroku or the like.

In the beginning there should be selection between:

• pushups
• pullups

pushups should work like before. Pushups mode should...

• change target to 5 instead of 10
• change texts

Could store some (fun) facts about pushups or work out in general and randomly display one. Maybe only for waiting periods > 1min.

E.g.:

• How many muscles are activated during pushups
• info on form
• what can bad form do to you?
• how to progress past 100
• how often should you do the challenge?
• ...

build a progressive web app or a mobile app with react native and publish it in the app store
