decisions on directory / file structure

what is our naming / casing convention for directories? camel / snake / dashes?

e.g. --> lullabyOfBirdland / Lullaby_Of_Birdland / Lullaby-Of-Birdland (currently in favor of snake or dashes)

how should each directory be structured?

currently it's...

/[tuneName]/README.md (where README contains links to videos, recordings, or relevant resources)
/[tuneName]/[tuneName].pdf (where this pdf is the lead sheet)

the problem with this structure is that we presume that the primary file we're concerned with per tune is the lead sheet. this may limit us for future iterations where we'll want to have our own lead sheets specifying intros, outros, etc as well as specific arrangments

perhaps a better structure would be...

/[tuneName]/leadsheet.pdf
/[tuneName]/[some_kind_of_arrangement].pdf
/[tuneName]/[whatever_finale_or_sibelius_file_we_work_on].mus

thoughts on this are welcome!
