Better arg parsing, using ArgParse from Python

Current argument parsing is manual and take a lot o work to extension or change.

Implementing ArgParse will provide more flexibility.

Custom exclude paths from command line

Customize the script in order to be able to exclude paths that should not be renamed.

This parameter should be accepted multiple time from the command line.

Ex.

$ python3 /Path/To/rename.py --exclude-path={path} --exclude-path={other_path}

ps. .git is already in the defaults path excluded and should not be changed.
