Add a reference to pages that explain SSH key encryption in /source/Pages/getting-started/access.rst

Update /source/Pages/compute/run_workloads.rst with commands to retrieve this info:

• How to cancel jobs
• How to monitor jobs: Job status, Job usage (cores, memory, scratch)
• Compute usage:
  • Own CPU hours consumed (for any project user)
  • CPU hours consumed by all project users & budget left (only for project admins)

Update hostname upon login in /source/Pages/getting-started/login.rst

Explain how to fetch your Singularity image to the HT-platform in /source/Pages/software/singularity.rst: i) Softdrive, ii) scp file iii) pull image.

Add a page for downtimes and maintenances in /source/index.rst

Add a FAQ item about fail2ban blocking access after too many password failures and how to resolve this.

Add information about the Data Archive access in /source/Pages/storage/backup_policies.rst

Finalize pages in /source/Pages/project_lifecycle/ with instructions on:

• extend_project.rst
• join_existing_project.rst
• start_project.rst
• user_lifecycle.rst

Create a picture of high-level architecture with service components (UI, SLURM, WN, CephFS, network interfaces, external storage systems) in /source/Pages/about/architecture.rst

Describe Project spaces, volumes and access roles in source/Pages/getting-started/environment.rst. See #11

• Replace /Images/cua-portal-addssh.png with a picture that displays a public key pasted and annotate this text field

• Explain what is the expected CUA password, i.e SURFsara’s Central User Administration (CUA) system in /source/Pages/getting-started/access.rst
