Need to bring the edu.ncsu.dre testcases under JUnit tester

Generate scripts and project settings to automatically generate Java API 
documentation of the framework.

Design and implementation of general Aggregator interface

Need to design and implement XMLAggregator design.

The LiveSearch SOAP output is not in a standardized format for the
aggregator and the scheduler to understand. Need to format the XML output
for compatibility reasons. We should also formalize the procedure on how
other search engine responses will be handled. 

The best solution would be to use an XSLT using JAXP to transform the output.

Component development. The current Livesearch SOAP client handler 
component is very naiive, need to incorporate all the advanced features 
that Livesearch provides.

Need to create comprehensive test suite for the entire framework so that
individual components can be easily tested as well as the entire suite
could be tested in less time. 

Will improve maintainability of the code.

Logging needs to be enabled for all the components, use apache log4j to 
enable logging.
