什么天气

简单的天气App，使用和风天气提供的免费Api；目的主要是为了熟悉一下RxJava以及Retrofit的使用，目前RxJava仍然不是很熟练，只懂一些皮毛，所以代码中可能有些不够native的地方，在接下来的开发中会进行学习和优化。
