Though we don't mind forking our repo for learning, or to help add features, I am generally opposed to people forking work and then claiming it as their own. We have put many years worth of development time into this, and copying our code and putting your name on it is somewhat less than ethical, and potentially steals some of the funds that we use to support our ongoing work.
