Avoid inheritance and use a Trait about interop-config

👍 for a trait. InteropConfigTrait::getOptions just need to take module, scope, name as arguments instead of relying on getter methods.

@codeliner That's a good idea to add the getter methods to the function signature. For those who don't need more than one instance, maybe the name parameter could be optional. What do you think?
