Remove cron

Because of systemctl enable certbot.timer

Make it possible to add new website without renewing the certificate of existing one.

Add config option to enable static cache of dynamic pages.

It would be nice if we could add 'cache: trueinnginx.json` config for each site. For now it is just a boolean but it could be extended to be an object in future.

The feature will save all the dynamic pages and response the saved pages the next time.

Add auto build of docker image
