Sending too many messages cause alert pop-up in google messages app. Add a delay of .5 secs between messages. Make it configurable if possible.

1. App name to be SRWA with a logo of Outgoing Message
2. When app is opened, it should show Title "SRWA Messaging App"
3. There should be 2 options on the main screen
   1. Select File - Clicking this option should bring up File Selection. Once file is selected, its name should be shown in the text box
   2. Send SMS - Use the file selected in Option 1 to send SMS messages
4. An option to bypass the rules and just send the Message entered in Column
5. A summary - after sending the messages how many have been sent successfully
6. In case of exception of message not sent, the app should show what data was incorect causing the application unable to send message
7. Explain the code, how to modify it and compile a new APK
