Translate African text (e.g. Swahili) to English and from English back to african text

More future work:
Transcribe audio to english, feed text into the chatbot and translate it to english and convert back to swahili, using whisper to change it back to an audio file

Results produced from the diarization are not that good, and very detailed answers often lead from very short questions which require alot of context from previous parts of the text to make sense based on the question (refer to .html file) in #model-training channel, we might have to consider curating our own data based on agricultural best practices from brochures and documents.

Current problem statement: Reaching a wider untapped group of people in developing communities using alternative channels to access Artificial Intelligence based tools.

Preprocessing of data is being done locally, so that we don't run into colab usage limits
