The persistent menu can only hold 3 options at most, which limits the language options.
We should look into using a webview in the language option to let the user choose from the multitude of languages.
Alternatively, we could have a dialogue with the bot to ask the user it's language

Currently, when a message that does not have type text, the message is discarded and not forwarded through to the room. This can be fixed by changing the initial check in app.py. Different message types should properly be parsed instead of discarded.

We need to actually do something when the user clicks on the persistent menu.

When strange requests are made the message tends to just get stuck and repeated back until the POST/ is completed.

Just get the main payload working without the webhooks.
