Missing color

Currently none of the green-highlighted information is included (this is intentional). However, other instances of color, such as the rest of the highlighting, and the blue styling of links such as the one in footnote 2 on page 1, are also omitted. I'm currently undecided on whether to include any color, since on the one hand I'd like to imitate the original document as closely as possible, but on other hand I find it ugly (except perhaps for link styling) and it probably would be useless if most students would print these sorts of papers on the school's black-and-white printers anyway.
