Heiko Eißfeldt has pointed me at your repository and the patches you wrote. We recently started a repository to continue the development of Jörg's tools after his death, bundling the various existing efforts for patches. It would be great if you could contribute your patches there:

The issue https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=451578 has a patch in it, so we should include that in the code for iso9660.

Could you share somewhere the patch for the original cdrtools:

I tried copying and pasting the content of iso9660_date from this github into cdrtoools/mkisofs/mkisofs.c but Windows will still show no date/time for files in the ISO with dates after 2028.
I'd like to be sure this is all is needed before verifying I did everything correctly (patching, building, testing, ...).
