Test Date:11/02/2010

1)Manager's screen : unable to view all request. (satish)

2) Logout button missing from all screens (satish)


3)If in the AdminMainScreen, press the back button, 
enter login and password of the manager, it logs back to the Admin Main 
Screen.
4) above happens for all screens  (satish)


5)when the create request button is clicked, a dialog box pops up....needs 
to be removed.
6)On the create Request Screen, requestor's email id and manager's email 
id  fields are missing.
7) In the Request type, subfields for "software upgrade" to "software 
transfer" are missing.
8) validations of text entered needs to be done
9)after clicking save , a dialog box pops up....needs to be removed.
10)employee id field to be removed from the employee main screen.
11) if both login and password is not filled in, display appropriate 
message" enter login and password".

Test Results on Date: 16/02/2010

Create RFQ:  (attn: Samarjit)

1)  When the create button is clicked , a message box is displayed, “ 
this alert box was called with the onload event”  -needs to be removed.
2)  ‘Read’ button not required on the RFQ create screen.
3)  Save(enabled), Modify( disabled) and Save(enabled) button should 
be present.
Modify should be enabled after save button is clicked.
4)  fields entered, record gets updated, can view the added records in 
the database, but cannot see in the RFQList screen.
5)  Need to perform validation data entered into the textbox.
6)  An insert message is displayed for all records, but record for 
invalid data is not saved into the database.
7)  If I donot select a department from the drop-down menu, the record 
will display “select” in the database.
8)  If the view details button is simply clicked without selecting an 
option, it should display a message “Please select a record”.
9)  After clicking ‘submit’ button, the screen displayed is the 
RequestList Screen. 
10) If the RFQ record  is selected for the view details, then saved, 
it gets saved again with a new RFQ id.This should not happen.

Create Request:  (attn: Satish)


1)  For Select New hardware:
The fields appear, but the URS states that the fields should be pre-
populated as in the pop-down menu should be provided for 
such as selection of PC type, CPU speed, Memory and HDD.

2)  For Select New Software
a)  what is the drop down list for the Reference Request ID?
b)  What about fields like severity? 
c)  Note: empty text fields  also get saved.
d)  Did not see buttons for modify, submit( currently disabled), 
cancel and close, delete.
e)  Unable to do search & view details since tables on the list screen 
are missing.
f)  Activate the Request button or some label to indicate the screen 
name…
g)  Also can include back button on the screens.



Compare Quotation:
1)  No response on clicking the ‘compare’ button.

Compare Quotation: (attn: Justin)

1)  No response on clicking the ‘compare’ button.
2)  Can have ‘clear’button for clearing parameters entered for search 
options or let it clear automatically.
3)  Select a record from the RRF List screen,Click on view details, in 
the detail screen, the quotation related information should be disabled, 
only RRF related information to be enabled .

Search criterion in list screen is case sensitive
