Fancy meeting you here ...
Anyhow, I have an issue when my Vagrant style server sets the PHP_VERSION environment constant with the string "7.1.11-1+ubuntu16.04.1+deb.sury.org+1"
When in helper.php the parse_version function explodes the version string, $version[2] turns out to not be a well formed number. I get error:

Might I suggest you strip off everything after and including the "-" before exploding, or use the other PHP_VERSION environment constants http://php.net/manual/en/reserved.constants.php
