Look at using another coverage provider so pythonized dir can be removed

Codecov only allows listing coverage stats for in-tree scripts. Generated code that isn't in the git repo itself is excluded from consideration for coverage calculation, which is... everything we want to calculate coverage for. Looks like coveralls.io might support this since all covered code gets uploaded to their servers.

I'm not going to write a sourcemap for python->lsl source to report coverage that way. It would work better with Codecov but it's too much work for little payoff.
