css and js not loading in browser

I have copied everything exactly step by step, but when i get to display: flex in css my browser does not change , the hours are ontop and the minutes at bottom and nothing is changing and i dont see the error in my code. Please help.

Ripple effect not showing

Whenever I hover over a button , It's doesn't show Ripple effects.
Then I check in developer Tool , it show:-

The display: block property prevents from having an effect.

Recipe Book App- view recipe link has a bug

The link 'VIEW RECIPE' has a bug. It leads to an Error.

clicking the view recipe links leads to the following errors.

The Error is due to the recipe object which has two source url keys

• sourceUrl
• spoonacularSourceUrl

Originally the recipe object was linked to sourceUrl key with the link to www.foodista.com/recipe/... as value. This seems to be not working and is showing up the error as shown above in the screen shot.

But when linked to the spoonacularSourceUr key , the links are rendering properly.

Ampm is not working accordingly there will be one case if h>=12 then ampm='PM'

Image.json is Not Working..I checked the console Twice still its not working
