Fix Testing under Ruby 1.8.7 and test agains Ruby 2.0.0

Ruby 1.8.7 is failing because of Active Support 4 so we should test kinda like in this Pull Request https://github.com/heroku/databasedotcom/pull/128

Does this work inside a controller?

Hi,

I'm hoping this gem will solve a clash with my Contact class. I'm finding my 'contact' variable is always nil though. In the logs I can see my local Contact class is being queried still rather than the Salesforce one.

class SubscriptionsController < ApplicationController

  def preferences

    options = {
      client_id: 'myid',
      client_secret: 'mysecret',
      username: 'myuser',
      password: 'mypass'
    }

    Databasedotcom::Isolated.perform(options) do
      contact = Contact.last
      puts contact.inspect
    end

  end
