Hello! I ran into an issue trying to recompile some 3DO games for translation where the tail end of the files don't make it into the iso. I was able to reproduce the issue using a tiny folder of dummy data which I'll attach here.

The folder has dummy files named "a", "a - Copy", "a - Copy (2)", etc through "a - Copy (50)". When running the tool with OperaTool.exe -c Test_Game test_game.iso, the tool correctly reports fileCountTotal: 51, however the final iso only contains up to "a - Copy (32)". The remaining 33-50 are left out.

I can use the OperaFS[De]compiler tool to correctly make the iso at the moment, but if this issue gets fixed, I can get one-click compiling and disc signing with a batch file working. That would greatly speed up testing translation changes!
