In the fifth line

cmd = subprocess.check_output('F: && dir /S /B *.psd', shell= True).decode().split('\n')

there is a part: 'F: && dir /S /B *.psd' what does it mean? Can it be replaced by:

format = [".txt", ".png", ".jar", ".jpg", ".md", ".exe"]
cmd = subprocess.check_output(f'C: {format}', shell=True).decode().split('\n')
