Installation

Add this line to your application's Gemfile:

gem 'flexslider'

Alternatively, you can get it from Github

gem 'flexslider', :git => 'https://github.com/constantm/Flexslider-2-Rails-Gem.git'

And then execute:

$ bundle install

Usage

Flexslider 2 is dependant on jQuery (1.7+), so make sure you have it in your Gemfile.

//= require jquery

Add to your app/assets/javascripts/application.js

//= require jquery.flexslider

Or for the minified version

//= require jquery.flexslider-min

And to your app/assets/stylesheets/application.css

*= require flexslider.css
