If your local directory is not having fresh copy of server's values, we can check this with ModifyIndex parameter, and ask user to force push

My plan is:

• Write ModifyIndex values to a file in .kvit folder after each fetch
• Check this file before each push
• If there is a mismatch between versions inform user to use kvit push --force

For fetch

• If key not exists on server, but exists on local directory, then delete from local directory

For push

• If key not exists on local directory, but exists on server, then delete from server

Currentl kvit push operation sends all data in the current directory to consul server.

I think I should use more smart logic.

Operation system specific files should be ignored
