News Ansicht auf der Indexseite

Die Darstellung der News auf der Index Seite muss erstellt werden. Wichtig ist hier, das die News zwar auf der Desktopansicht etwas weiter unten sein darf, aber bei der Mobile Ansicht direkt on top.

Basis Layout erstellen

Das Basislayout müsste schon mal erstellt werden. (Layout.blade.php)
Anfangs halt mit Dummy Daten, später dann mit realen Daten.

Das Layout sollte auch direkt schon Übersetzungen berücksichtigen. Bisher gab es das Archiv ja un Deutsch, Englisch und Spanisch. Das sollte dann auch beibehalten werden. Die Basissprache während der Entwicklung sollte erstmal englisch sein.

Die Random Header. Nicht verhandelbar.
