Open VSX is an open-source registry for VS Code extensions.
Would you consider the possibility of publishing yours there?
This would also have the positive side-effect of clarifying what the license for your code is. I could not find it anywhere.

• Open url

Alternative suggestion:

Is it possible to have a menu in vscode where an issue can be made and maybe add properties like assigned to, labels etc?
