Currently hugo/deps.scm reflects the deps as of 5 months ago when I first scoped out Hugo for packaging. Since then there have been updates, so some of those packages listed may no longer be required and there are new additions.

I need to reconcile the lists so that I can avoid unnecessary work and cover the packages I need.
