chore : Boilerplate setting

Description

1️⃣ msw setting ( Next.js 13 /app directory) - ❌ impossiblity

• why ?
  • msw Github issues - Support Next.js 13 (App directory)
    • 내부적으로 Next.js가 구현되는 방식에 의해 MSW가 차단되어서 동작하지 않음
    • 클라이언트 컴포넌트로 래핑해서 만들면 임시방편으로 해결은 되지만 서버측과 통합되지 않음
    • but data fetch가 server component이라면 문제가 발생
