项目加个环境要求和requirements.txt文件吧，然后需要帮忙的地方可以TODO注释一下，这样pull master的时候就知道帮哪里了
是不是该加一个tutorial
整体也没有tutorial
各个代码也没有注释，
希望能建一个基于时序预测的分支

可以列一些经典的时序预测比赛，相关数据集，top方案；

贴一些相关的经典的和最新的文献

还可以贴一些正在进行的相关比赛，能用该项目哪个模型做baseline，学以致用啊。
基本上这个方向赛道就可以慢慢积累的，不管是对大家比赛，写论文还是工作落地都很有帮助！

希望能有一个完善的readme、项目结构、todo list和规定的git提交规范，这样方便我们大家在原有基础上进行代码开发和提交
