terminating with uncaught exception of type Process

Hello dear developer, I don't know what kind of error message the program has, I'll show you the output

sudo ./cputhrottle 1581 25

zsh: abort      sudo ./cputhrottle 1581 25

can not run on macos 10.14

when i run on macos 10.14, if show error

sudo cputhrottle 84 30
